Procedure |
1. Pre-disperse phase A, mix and heat until 70°C |
2. Heat phase B until 70°C |
3. If the temperature is reached, add phase B to phase A, mix until homogenous |
4. Add phase C to bulk no 3 and mix until homogenous |
5. Add phase D step by step while mixing |
6. Add phase E&F step by step and mix until homogenous |
7. Adjust ph with citric acid/NaOH until a ph of 5.5 - 6.5 |
