Used WQ 2000D as cleansing surfactant. Used milder preservative (Herbasolve).

Procedure

1. Pre-disperse phase A at room temperature
2. Pre-disperse phase B at room temperature, then add to phase A and mix 
3. Add phase C and continue mixing
4. Adjust the pH in range 5,5 - 6,5
